Senator Pearce, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                
the Finance Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO.                    
237 "An Act relating to offenses involving delivery of firearms to             
minors and to offenses involving possession of dangerous                       
instruments, including firearms, by minors."  Without objection, it            
was so ordered.
